Shipping Range

We currently ship to North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our support team for assistance.

Shipping Fee

  • Orders $50 and above: Free Worldwide Shipping

  • Orders below $50: Flat shipping fee of $8 per order

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping carrier for dispatch.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is approximately 10–15 business days depending on destination.

Please note that delivery time may vary due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours after placing your order.

We are unable to change the shipping address once the order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking status shows “Lost” or “Missing,” please contact our support team immediately at service@eyesinger.com. We will assist you in investigating the issue with the carrier.
