1. Do EYESINGER lenses come with a prescription?
Yes! EYESINGER lenses are available with a prescription. If you have normal vision, you can choose Plano lenses (0.00). Otherwise, please consult your eye doctor to confirm your prescription before placing an order.
2. Why is the actual color different from the website?
The actual color may vary due to lighting, camera filters, surrounding colors, and the wearer’s natural eye color or eye shape. Please consider these factors before placing your order.
3. What is the expiration date of the contact lenses?
EYESINGER lenses can be stored for 5 years from the date of manufacture. The manufacturing date and expiration date are printed on the packaging.
4. How long can I wear colored lenses? Can I wear them every day?
We do not recommend wearing colored lenses for more than 8 hours at a time, nor wearing them every day. Do not wear lenses while swimming, sleeping, or showering, as it may cause infection. Colored lenses are intended for cosmetic enhancement only, not as a replacement for traditional clear lenses.
5. How do I order if my two eyes have different prescriptions?
EYESINGER currently does not support different prescriptions for left and right eyes. If needed, please purchase two pairs. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
6. Are your products safe?
Absolutely. EYESINGER lenses are certified by the US FDA, ISO, and CE. We prioritize product quality, so you can wear our lenses with confidence.
7. How do I choose the right lens color?
· Refer to the lens image, not the model’s photo, because eye color varies by individual.
· For a natural look, choose single-color lenses.

About Orders
1. How do I modify my order information (shipping address/name/phone, etc.)?
If your order has not been processed, you can update the information within 2 hours after payment. Please contact customer service at service@eyesinger.com with your order number and updated details.
2. Why haven’t I received an order confirmation email?
The confirmation email is sent automatically. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder or confirm that your email address was entered correctly. Otherwise, contact service@eyesinger.com for assistance.
3. Can I cancel my order?
If the order has not been processed, you can cancel it within 2 hours after payment. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
4. How long will it take to process my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, Beijing Time GMT+8, excluding Chinese public holidays).
5. Can I place an order as a non-member?
Yes, non-members can place orders and will still receive a confirmation email and tracking number.

2. How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Some highly customized or low-stock lenses may experience a 1-2 day delay. Thank you for your understanding.
3. How can I track my package?

4. What if my package hasn’t arrived after 20 business days?

Wear & Care
1. How do I put in contact lenses?
· Wash and dry your hands, gently remove the lens from the package, and check the correct side.
· Hold your upper eyelid and pull down the lower eyelid, then use your index finger to place the lens.
· Look in all directions to settle the lens, then close your eyes briefly.
· Repeat for the other eye.

We recommend an all-in-one solution for soft lenses. Do not use water, as it can damage lenses and cause eye infections.

· Replace your lens case every 3 months.
· Rinse lenses before and after each use.
· Rinse the lens case with fresh solution, not water.
· Avoid contact between the solution bottle tip and any surface, and keep it tightly closed when not in use.
