At EYESINGER, due to the hygienic nature of contact lens products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, all contact lenses and related products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This policy applies to all opened and unopened items.

We kindly ask customers to carefully review product details, specifications, prescription information (if applicable), and shipping information before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at:

Clear photos of the item received
A brief description of the issue

After review, if the issue is confirmed to be caused by our error, we will offer a replacement at our discretion.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

Once your order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping Delays

EYESINGER is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
