1. Handmade Product

Each wig is individually handcrafted and styled. Slight differences in shape, volume, texture, and styling details are normal. Every wig may have its own unique characteristics, and we cannot guarantee that all wigs will look exactly the same.

2. Face & Head Shape

The final look may vary depending on your face shape, head shape, and head circumference. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the wig will look exactly as expected when worn.

The standard head circumference is approximately 56 cm.

If you have a special head-size requirement or specific fitting needs, please contact us at service@eyesinger.com immediately after placing your order, so we can confirm whether adjustments are possible.

3. Production Time

This is a handmade, made-to-order product. Please allow approximately 1–3 months for production.

We’ll do our best to complete and ship your wig as early as possible, but please place your order only if you’re comfortable with the waiting time.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Please carefully consider your purchase before ordering. Due to the handmade and individually styled nature of these wigs, returns or exchanges will not be accepted after the applicable return period has expired.

5. Shipping

Every styled wig comes with free shipping.

Due to the longer production time, if you purchase a wig together with other products from our store, the wig and other products will be shipped separately.

The free shipping for the wig does not apply to other items in the same order. If the other items do not meet our store’s free-shipping threshold, the applicable shipping fee will still be charged.

6. Packaging & Safety

To protect the wig during shipping, each wig will be secured onto a foam wig head using pins before being carefully packaged.

⚠️ Please carefully inspect the wig and remove all pins before wearing or handling it. Do not put the wig on your head until you have confirmed that all pins have been removed.

We want your wig to arrive safely, and most importantly, we want you to stay safe while unpacking it.
